This position is responsible for executing key steps in the sales process—including prospecting, customer visits, product demonstrations, evaluation, and quoting—in order to successfully market the company’s products and brands. It requires capturing the voice of the customer and achieving their satisfaction above all. **What will you be doing?** * Quoting products and services. * Prospecting, identifying customer needs, generating solutions, and closing sales. * Achieving results: attaining a minimum annual sales target of USD 500,000. * Delivering training to customer personnel on product usage and maintenance. * Analyzing and reporting market trends and opportunities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Residence in Zapopan or Guadalajara, Jalisco; valid visa and ability to travel. * Experience in sales or customer service within the industrial sector. * Valid driver’s license. * Basic English proficiency. * Prior experience with aluminum profiles and accessories is desirable. * Knowledge and application of corporate and industrial sales techniques. * Demonstrable knowledge and application of the sales process. * Familiarity with associations, databases, and media for market entry in Jalisco. * Ability to manage multiple projects, sales, and customers simultaneously. * Mandatory discipline in CRM reporting (preferably HubSpot). * Energy, empathy, and results orientation—with strong customer focus. **Essential Competencies:** * Ability to generate conflict-resolution solutions. * Responsibility, Proactivity, and Commitment. * Focus on both internal and external customers. * Effective communication: Assertiveness, Clarity of Ideas, and Leadership Expression. **Additional Benefits & Perks:** * Benefits beyond statutory requirements. * Savings Fund. * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Attractive uncapped commission scheme based on profit margin per sale.
