LEADING TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY RECRUITER WANTED: BASE SALARY $13,000.00 PLUS BONUSES We are looking for a passionate and motivated talent recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting the best candidates for our current and future job openings. Responsibilities - Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sources, including social media, job boards, and field recruitment. - Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability for our open positions. - Collaborate with team managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
