Job Summary: Lead the overall administration and operations of a system to promote and drive the growth of Megacable Group's businesses, ensuring long-term viability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage resources to ensure optimal functioning of the department. 2. Develop business relationships and finalize negotiations. 3. Integrate and optimize the efforts of functional departments. JOB MISSION: Promote and drive the growth of Megacable Group's businesses and ensure their long-term viability by effectively leading the overall administration and operations of the System. RESPONSIBILITIES - Effectively manage assigned resources (human, technological, and material) to ensure optimal departmental performance. - Establish and develop business relationships with potential local suppliers, customers, and partners; lead and finalize required negotiation processes to expand Megacable's operations. - Plan and execute activities to align all functional departments under your responsibility toward a common objective, coordinate interdepartmental efforts, and optimize resource and time utilization. - Personnel management. WORK LOCATION: Tequisquiapan Operations Base WHAT DO YOU NEED TO JOIN US? - Completed bachelor's degree. - 3 years of experience in a similar role with personnel reporting to you, leading operations across multiple functional areas. - Class A driver's license.
