Position Summary: Lead the overall administration and operation of the system to drive growth and ensure the long-term viability of Megacable Group's businesses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Effective management of human, technological, and material resources 2. Development of business relationships and negotiation with suppliers/customers 3. Integration and optimization of functional areas and personnel management POSITION MISSION: Promote and drive the growth of Megacable Group's businesses and ensure their long-term viability by effectively leading the overall administration and operation of the system. RESPONSIBILITIES - Effectively manage assigned resources (human, technological, and material) to ensure optimal performance of the department. - Manage and develop business relationships with prospective suppliers, customers, and local partners, and lead and finalize required negotiation processes to expand Megacable's operations. - Plan and execute activities to align all functional areas under your responsibility—and among them—toward a common objective, optimizing resource and time utilization. - Personnel management. WORK LOCATION: Tequisquiapan Operational Base WHAT DO YOU NEED TO JOIN US? - Completed bachelor's degree. - 3 years of experience in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities, leading operations across multiple functional areas. - Class A driver's license.
