Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support for computers, equipment, and medium-complexity applications Install, maintain, and manage computers, printers, and related equipment Design and implement computer hardware upgrade plans Participate in infrastructure projects: office openings, new site deployments, upgrades, and service migrations Administer and resolve service requests Assist with all operational service department requirements Troubleshoot hardware-related technical issues Install and support access control systems (control panels, card readers, electric locks, access rules) Configure and administer VPNs Manage Windows Server 2021, including Active Directory, IIS, DNS, and File Server roles Experience / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or a related TSU program At least 1 year of verifiable work experience in the field Extensive expertise in wired and wireless networks Hardware configuration including computers, routers, switches, and access points Proficiency with various operating systems, including Windows distributions, Linux, and macOS Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IP/analog cameras, NVR/DVR systems, storage, and remote viewing Experience in voice and data structured cabling Strong knowledge of IP telephony, Asterisk, and Elastix Skills Ability to work under pressure Professional demeanor Diligent with a service-oriented attitude, providing solutions Leadership and initiative Full availability for shift schedules Excellent personal presentation Technical English Own vehicle required.
