




Job Summary: Provide on-site second-level support assistance, managing installations, updates, and troubleshooting of software and hardware. Key Highlights: 1. On-site second-level IT support to customers 2. End-to-end management of software and hardware 3. IT incident resolution Provide on-site assistance to deliver second-level support at customer facilities. Perform tasks according to agreed service levels and meet customer satisfaction metrics. Install, update, support, and troubleshoot various software applications. Install, update, support, and troubleshoot hardware in the end-user's workspace. Assist users with any reported IT incidents upon request. Requirements: Professional degree and license. English proficiency level B1–B2. Familiarity with virtual environments, MDM, and VPN.
