Job stability and professional development MAJOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY IS SEEKING: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Requirements: * Education: Technical High School Diploma or University-Level Technical Degree in Communications and Electronics, Electrical Mechanics, or related field * 2 years of experience in network maintenance (FIBER OPTIC) * Personnel management experience * Ability to interpret and implement blueprints, conduct risk analysis, and apply construction standards (FIBER OPTIC) * Valid Class A driver's license Responsibilities: * Ensure that crews under supervision have appropriate personal protective equipment and tools * Assign tasks to technicians according to received projects * Supervise assigned technicians to ensure required maintenance work is performed * Support assigned technicians when they encounter work-related problems or difficult situations * Receive technicians' reports on activities carried out * Handle assigned network supervision tickets We Offer: * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Paid training * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Work schedule: 12 hours on / 24 hours off WORK LOCATION: Texcoco de Mora, State of Mexico. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 50 years Driver's license: Class A Keywords: maintenance, conservacion, conservation, mantenimiento
