




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure customer satisfaction, implement technical solutions, and provide specialized support with a focus on service quality and the development of new business opportunities. Main responsibilities to be performed in this position: • Ensure customer satisfaction according to project expectations and scope. • Ensure response times for ticket resolution. • Apply acquired technical knowledge to implementation and support within your area of specialization. • Support the pre-sales team in solution design, as well as in defining and implementing proof-of-concept (POC) activities. • Deliver high-quality service in ticket resolution. • Complete assigned trainings and certifications. • Adhere to the on-call schedule established by the direct supervisor. • Guarantee the implementation timeline committed to the customer. • Generate new business opportunities. • Implement solutions for customers, ensuring quality and compliance according to your area of expertise. • Maintain a service-oriented attitude. • Responsible for installation and configuration of the final solution applicable to the customer, based on project scope and internal standards and best practices. • Monitor administrative project closure via delivery acceptance document. • Use assigned tools and resources correctly. **Note:** 'Customer site visits' are considered mandatory activities. Requirements: 1. Valid driver’s license. 2. Availability to travel for customer support. 3. Desirable certification: HCSA (Hikvision Certified Security Associate) or HCSP (Professional). 4. Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server and Windows environments for network service installation. 5. Post-installation technical support to customers, including preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV and access control systems; troubleshooting hardware and software issues. 6.
