Job Summary: We are seeking a Security and Network Installation Technician to perform physical installation, implement CCTV and Access Control solutions, and provide on-site support. On-site support for device configuration At Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones e Informática S.A DE C.V, we are looking for new talent: Security and Network Installation Technician Main responsibilities for this position: • Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with project expectations and scope. • Execute physical infrastructure installation: conduit (pipes, trunking), structured cabling, and device mounting. • Implement CCTV and Access Control solutions, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and aesthetic standards. • Handle service tickets, guaranteeing response times (SLA) and preventive/corrective maintenance. • Provide on-site support for basic configuration of cameras, biometric readers, and networking equipment. • Prepare technical reports and documentation, including photographic records of installations. • Complete company-assigned trainings and certifications. • Support the pre-sales team in technical site surveys and proof-of-concept (POC) tests. • Meet committed implementation timelines as scheduled. • Operate power tools and work at heights following industrial safety protocols. **Note: ** 'Customer service visits' are considered mandatory activities, Requirements: 1. Valid Driver's License 2. Availability to travel for customer support. 3. Four years of experience in CCTV installation and configuration. 4. Physical installation; mounting of cameras, card readers, exit buttons, etc. 5. Infrastructure. 6. Preventive and/or corrective maintenance.
