Key Responsibilities: Design and implement talent management strategies aligned with company objectives. Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention processes. Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and labor compliance. Develop training, development, and performance evaluation plans. Foster a positive work environment and a strong organizational culture.
