Position Summary: Lead the comprehensive operation of Human Resources, managing personnel and ensuring legal and tax compliance within a specialized services environment. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in comprehensive Human Resources management 2. Supervision of regulatory and legal compliance (IMSS, INFONAVIT, REPSE) 3. Union negotiation and development of retention strategies Responsibilities * Lead the comprehensive operation of the Human Resources department * Manage an approximate workforce of 300 employees across various projects. * Supervise accurate payroll processing (ISR, IMSS, SUA), ensuring tax compliance and budgetary control. * Ensure fulfillment of obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, and tax authorities. * Administer and maintain current REPSE compliance. * Manage SIROC-related processes for projects and specialized services. * Coordinate labor, tax, and social security audits. * Lead labor relations and union negotiations. * Supervise termination, settlement, and separation processes to minimize legal risks. * Implement policies, procedures, and organizational improvements aligned with business objectives. * Design compensation, benefits, and talent retention strategies. * Handle matters at the Labor Conciliation Center. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (degree holder). Minimum 5 years of experience in HR supervisory or managerial positions. Experience in specialized service companies or regulated subcontracting arrangements. Essential knowledge of: REPSE (registration, compliance, and maintenance) SIROC (project management and IMSS compliance) Payroll and social security (IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT) Current labor legislation Experience handling union matters. Proficiency with platforms: Contpaq, SUA, SIPARE, SAT, ICSOE, SISUB. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
