Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer or Electrician Technician for preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, UPS, emergency power plants, air conditioning systems, and others. Effective communication with clients and technical teams ***"IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION"*** **WORK LOCATION** * Boulevard García de León **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. * **Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours** **SALARY AND BENEFITS** * **$10,000 net monthly** * Statutory benefits. * Tools and work equipment provided by the company. * Continuous training and opportunities for technical certifications. * Company-issued mobile phone and computer equipment. * Transportation assistance, if necessary. **REQUIREMENTS** * **ELECTRICAL ENGINEER OR ELECTRICIAN TECHNICIAN.** * Technician specialized in electrical maintenance focusing on low- and medium-voltage systems. * Experience with UPS, emergency power plants, and air conditioning systems. * On-site work involving client interaction and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Knowledge and proficiency in: Electrical and diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, ground resistance testers, infrared thermometers). * Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings. * Maintenance management systems. * Basic reporting software (Excel, Word). **KEY COMPETENCIES** * High sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * Ability to respond effectively in critical situations. * Organization and tracking of scheduled maintenance activities. * Effective communication with clients and technical teams. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: Electrical systems, UPS, emergency power plants, battery banks. * Comfort and precision air conditioning systems (Fan & Coils, chillers, cooling towers). * Structured cabling systems (voice, data, fiber optics, GPON). * Security systems: CCTV, access control, fire detection/extinguishing (FAS), local and remote monitoring. Equipment located in Data Centers, IDF/RDA. * Conduct technical audits, diagnostics, and periodic technical reports. * Document daily facility inspection logs. * Ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety during every intervention.
