Job Summary: We are seeking a Frontend Developer to transform technical complexity into an intuitive and easy-to-use user experience, with a focus on pharmaceutical management. Key Highlights: 1. Propose improvements to user experience (UX) and usability. **Position: Frontend Developer** **Engagement Type: Project-based (WORK CONTRACT)** **Location: Remote (occasional in-person work in CDMX, with prior notice)** **Start Date: Immediate** **COMPENSATION IS DETERMINED IN THE CONTRACT AFTER SUBMISSION OF A WORK PROPOSAL AND SUBSEQUENT NEGOTIATION. IT WILL DEPEND ON THE WORK PROPOSAL AND EXPERIENCE.** We are an emerging software development company specializing in Hospital Pharmacy solutions, focused on optimizing medication management, traceability, and workflow under healthcare regulatory standards. The system will be technically complex on the backend; therefore, we seek a frontend developer capable of transforming that complexity into an intuitive, clear, and easy-to-use experience requiring minimal training for operational staff. We prioritize user experience, logical workflows, and operational simplicity. Responsibilities: \- Design and develop SPA applications for communication with REST APIs, delivering modern, clean, and intuitive interfaces. \- Translate complex processes into simple user flows. \- Propose improvements to user experience (UX) and usability. \- Design clear dashboards, operational modules, and navigation systems. \- Implement secure file upload workflows (PDF, signed XML). \- Optimize loading times and visual performance. Technical Requirements: \- Proven experience as a frontend developer. \- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. \- Experience in user-centered design (UX/UI). \- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks, with ability to build functional interfaces for complex systems — including experience implementing Typeahead/Searchable Select components. \- Experience handling secure sessions and JWT. \- Experience integrating frontend with backend via asynchronous API consumption. \- Experience with version control (Git). \- Portfolio of previous projects. Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience in health sector software or complex administrative systems. \- Basic understanding of hospital workflows. \- Familiarity with NOM-024-SSA3-2012. **Application Instructions:** **Submit CV + portfolio** **After the first interview, continuation of the selection process is contingent upon signing a Confidentiality Agreement.
