




Job Summary: Supervise overdue accounts and coordinate the collector team to achieve the monthly budget through timely service and feedback. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and coordinates a team of collectors to achieve collection targets. 2. Manages overdue accounts and ensures timely customer service. 3. Conducts training and follow-up for staff development. JOIN US AS A COLLECTOR SUPERVISOR Mission Supervise overdue accounts by coordinating the collector team to ensure customer reconnection through comprehensive field visits, thereby achieving the monthly budget. - Review the daily disconnection schedule to identify which subscriber types should be loaded into Dimmes to ensure timely service. - Review rejected folios to reassign corresponding cases to collectors and recover them. - Assign work via the collector assignment platform and verify correct loading. - Provide feedback to the team to validate and track corrective actions toward achieving objectives that help establish agreements and commitments. - Receive, download, and deliver equipment to the warehouse using the control module to ensure proper equipment management. - Conduct training for subordinates to keep them updated on current promotions or any changes.
