Resolution of complex incidents and hardware coordination We seek a technical leader responsible for the technological stability of our operations. *You will be the key contact point for infrastructure administration, security, and advanced support across our 11 branches in the Metropolitan Area.* **Key Responsibilities:** * Network administration (Firewalls, Load Balancers) and voice/data management. * CCTV supervision, access control systems, and ensuring data backup integrity. * Resolution of complex incidents in SAP, VPN, and remote connectivity. * Coordinate the preventive hardware maintenance program across all locations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Mandatory). * Prior experience coordinating technical support or infrastructure. * Availability for frequent travel within the metropolitan area. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly base salary: $20,000 * Statutory benefits \+ Grocery vouchers. * **Free/subsidized cafeteria** and brand discounts.
