Job Summary: Responsible for transporting personnel, conducting official procedures and purchases, ensuring timely delivery of documents, and maintaining the vehicle in optimal condition. Key Highlights: 1. Accurate and high-quality coordination of transportation and procedures. 2. Management of schedule and priorities to fulfill commitments. 3. Optimal maintenance of the assigned vehicle. Carry out personnel transportation, official procedures, and other activities accurately, providing quality service to meet scheduled commitments during the day Receive the daily or next-day work schedule from the General Director's Assistant, including tasks to be performed, prioritize them accordingly, and execute them on time and as required Conduct scheduled personnel transportation, ensuring staff arrive at their designated appointments to project a positive image Perform required purchases for the General Directorate and Deputy General Directorate, strictly adhering to requests to supply necessary materials Deliver and/or collect documents or packages by coordinating with relevant parties to ensure correct receipt and delivery Report daily to the General Director's Assistant at the end of each workday on all completed activities and inform them of any incidents affecting work performance or outcomes to keep information up to date Maintain the assigned vehicle in optimal operating condition through proper usage to ensure it remains fully operational for timely execution of duties . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate 2 years of experience Age: between 22 and 50 years Knowledge: Commitment, shipping logistics, transportation regulations Driver's licenses: B Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: driver, driver, drivers, driver, administrative
