**Main Responsibilities** · Control public, technical staff, and artist access to the theater. · Verify tickets or credentials at entry zones in coordination with box office staff and ushers. · Monitor internal and external areas (lobby, auditorium, dressing rooms, parking lot, emergency exits, etc.). · Conduct preventive patrols before, during, and after performances. · Detect and report suspicious behavior, abandoned objects, or hazardous situations. · Coordinate actions during emergencies (evacuation, first aid, fire outbreak, disturbances). · Assist crowd control during audience entry and exit. · Safeguard technical equipment, stage sets, and other theater property. · Prepare incident reports and maintain an updated security log. · Collaborate with police or emergency services when required. **Personal Profile** · Age: Preferably between 25 and 50 years old. · Good physical condition and professional appearance. · Service-oriented attitude and courteous interaction with the public. · Calm, firm, and respectful demeanor in challenging situations. · Commitment to safety culture and the theater’s reputation. · **Knowledge:** o Access control and surveillance procedures in public venues. o First aid and evacuation protocols. o Operation of radios, detectors, fire extinguishers, and CCTV cameras. o Basic customer service standards. · **Competencies:** o Assertive communication and courtesy. o Ability to work under pressure. o Observation, judgment, and self-control. Responsibility, integrity, and discretion **Job Requirements** · **Education:** Completed secondary school (technical training in security or surveillance preferred). · **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in security for public establishments, events, cultural centers, or performances. . Live within a maximum 40-minute distance from the Tent .
