Position Summary: We are seeking a Vive Your University Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute extracurricular, cultural, sports, and promotional activities, strengthening students’ sense of institutional belonging and collaborating with Marketing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of cultural, sports, and student integration events. 2. Support for marketing in institutional campaigns targeting students. 3. Promotion of student participation in extracurricular activities. **UNE University** is seeking talent to join our team as **Vive Your University Coordinator**. Position Objective: To plan, coordinate, and execute extracurricular, cultural, sports, and promotional activities across campuses within the municipality, reinforcing students’ sense of institutional belonging and collaborating with the Marketing department to drive campaigns, events, and communication strategies directed at the student community. Schedule: **Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** **Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate cultural, sports, recreational, and student integration events. * Design internal and external promotional strategies focused on the student community. * Support the Marketing department in institutional campaigns directed at students. * Promote student participation in extracurricular activities. * Coordinate logistics for school events with administrators, faculty, and internal departments. * Document events through photographs, videos, and audiovisual materials. * Support the design, placement, and follow-up of local promotional materials. * Manage supplies, materials, venues, and vendors for events and campaigns. * Monitor and report outcomes of activities, campaigns, and events conducted. * Collaborate in vocational, educational, or community integration fairs. Requirements: * Experience in event organization, marketing, communications, promotion, student activities, or related fields. * Ability to coordinate activities with students, faculty, and administrators. * Creativity in proposing engaging dynamics, campaigns, and events. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with youth. * Organizational skills, follow-up capability, and ability to resolve unforeseen issues. * Basic proficiency in digital tools, photography, video, or social media is desirable. * Proactive attitude, positive energy, and results-oriented mindset.
