This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building polished, interactive courses from existing storyboards and content provided by our team. This is a development\-focused role \- not a traditional instructional design position. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills in e\-learning authoring tools who can transform provided content into clear, engaging learning experiences. **What You'll Do** ------------------ * Build interactive e\-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 * Translate provided storyboards and assets into functional, visually engaging courses * Ensure courses are accurate, polished, and aligned with project requirements * Collaborate with internal team members during course development and review cycles * Manage multiple course builds and meet project deadlines **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * Strong hands\-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 * Experience developing e\-learning courses from pre\-built storyboards or scripts * Comfortable working within established instructional content rather than creating curriculum from scratch * Basic understanding of instructional design and learner engagement best practices * Strong attention to detail and visual presentation * Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote environment * Experience with healthcare or compliance training is a plus, but not required **Work Arrangement** -------------------- * Remote * Flexible contract work **This is a contract\-based, remote position with project\-based assignments and flexible scheduling.** **At MedTrainer, every role contributes to building technology that supports safer, more efficient healthcare organizations.
