Collaboration in cleaning and organizing the work area. **Cellular Performance Institute, a world-renowned institution, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant.** Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, seeks a Maintenance Assistant responsible for performing basic repairs on equipment and systems within the facility, ensuring they remain orderly and fully functional. We are widely regarded as the world’s leading facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly client roster includes professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB, and more. **Responsibilities:** * Perform scheduled maintenance on various equipment and areas as outlined in the annual preventive maintenance calendar. * Carry out painting, wall, and surface patching tasks as needed. * Clean electrical installations and the maintenance workshop. * Conduct daily inspections of all communal spaces to identify waste-related issues, malfunctions, or breakdowns. * Respond to maintenance service requests from other departments, including general tasks such as installing new locks and troubleshooting. * Ensure parking lots and sidewalks are free of trash and debris. * Evaluate the performance of household appliances located in the facility, including refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers. * Assist with installation and maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary systems. * Collaborate in cleaning and organizing the work area. * Support all activities requested by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to communicate effectively with administrative and maintenance staff. * Willingness to uphold safety and service standards within the facility. * Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, including electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry. **Benefits:** * All legally mandated benefits * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot * Attendance bonus * Punctuality bonus * Seniority bonus * Grocery vouchers * Free medical consultations * Free emotional support sessions * Free laboratory, radiology, and imaging studies **Schedule:** * 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. **Salary:** * $15,658.80 MXN gross monthly (biweekly payment). **ABOUT US** https://www.instagram.com/cpistemcells https://cellularperformanceinstitute.com/ Thank you for your interest in this position.
