Follow up on complaints and offer effective technical solutions. Deliver technical training on spare parts and automotive components to internal and external users. Develop specialized technical content on automotive components. **What are we looking for in you?** Education: Engineering degree (intern or graduate). Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support (preferred), or strong interest in developing within this area. Public speaking skills (conferences, training sessions, classes, etc.). Valid driver's license and ability to operate a standard vehicle.
