Participation in all project phases, from concept to installation A company specializing in the design, construction, and interior design of custom AAA residential properties in Los Cabos is seeking the ideal candidate: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the project in full compliance with all milestones outlined in the process schedule, delivering interior presentations while ensuring quality. **Responsibilities:** * Delivery of all project deliverables—from conceptual phase through installation * Support in generating design proposals that enhance interior presentations * Optimal sourcing of furniture specifications * Updating catalogs (furniture, lighting, accessories) * Supporting process tracking (quotations, procurement, installations) * Assigned site visits according to project progress * Support/participation in installation **Requirements** * Education: Architecture / Interior Design * AutoCAD, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop * Second language: Advanced English * 2\+ years of experience in HIGH-END residential projects * Experience in spatial dimensions, minimum/maximum clearances, circulation paths, and spatial functionality **IMPORTANT** To apply, submission of a portfolio including interior design projects—such as shop drawings, mood boards, and floor plans—is required. talento@cabo\-development.com Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $26,500\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Gym membership discount * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Company-provided parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Comprehensive medical expense insurance Relocation/Moving Capability: * 23406, Lomas de La Jolla, B.C.S.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
