Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with experience in supervision, progress control, scheduling, and decision-making for a construction company. Key Highlights: 1. Lead supervision and control of construction work for vertical buildings. 2. Participate in key project decision-making. 3. Evaluate and approve contractor estimates. We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with proven experience and expertise in construction supervision, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Construction Supervisor, to work for a major construction company. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Progress control by item or contractor Weekly activity scheduling Setting targets with contractors during execution Decision-making regarding project changes Evaluation of estimates Assessing physical progress and releasing completed work Construction control based on measuring, quantifying, reconciling estimates with contractors, approving estimates, auditing construction quality, and ensuring correct construction processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in vertical structural building construction Knowledge of Neodata ERP, Project, Revit, CivilCAD, AutoCAD Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Personnel management skills Ability to work under pressure Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,999.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
