Supervision of Teaching-Learning Process Implementation Job Description: The Academic Coordinator is responsible for implementing and monitoring academic area systems, as well as supervising teachers' adherence to the teaching-learning process. Curriculum Management and Techno-Pedagogical Design, through supervision of curriculum updates to ensure relevance to the Mexican and global labor markets, guaranteeing digital-optimized content delivery. Teacher leadership functions to recruit, train, and evaluate faculty specialized in virtual tutoring, promoting the use of cutting-edge tools and active methodologies, as well as monitoring and providing feedback on teachers’ instructional performance based on evaluations, re-enrollments, and related procedures. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. · Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Experience as an Academic Coordinator (preferred). · Moodle platform proficiency. · Competitive, entrepreneurial, policy- and guideline-oriented, proactive, punctual, excellent presentation skills, and highly organized.
