On-site decision-making ability and personnel leadership **Civil Engineering Resident Engineer** **Equs Systems** is seeking a **Resident Engineer** with solid training in Civil Engineering to join strategic projects in the **Saltillo and Parras, Coahuila** area. The position targets professionals with **technical** experience and field management capability, responsible for **coordinating activities**, ensuring execution quality, and strictly adhering to **construction** schedules. **Responsibilities:** * Technical supervision: Daily monitoring of **civil works on site** * Administrative management: Progress tracking, preparation of estimates, and control of supplies/materials. * Leadership: Effective coordination of work crews and subcontractors. * Technical analysis: Review and interpretation of drawings, calculation reports, and technical documentation. * Reporting: Generation of detailed progress reports and administrative control reports. Requirements: * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable experience in civil works supervision * Mobility: Possession of a **personal** **VEHICLE** for travel between work fronts in the region (*Mandatory*) * Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and structural calculation software * Skills: On-site decision-making ability, organizational skills, and personnel leadership * Availability: Flexible working hours and willingness to work consistently on site. Candidates with an established track record, results-oriented mindset, and experience managing construction personnel in northern Mexico will be preferred.
