Key Properties, operator of Wyndham Garden and Fairfield Inn Cancun Downtown hotels, is seeking a professional to fill the **Night Auditor** position, responsible for reviewing, reconciling, organizing, and reporting on all front office operations conducted during its operating hours. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive pending reports and incident logs from the previous shift. * Generate and analyze the room revenue report (bedsheet report). * Follow up on guest complaints and special requests, issuing corresponding reports. * Validate registration cards in PIT versus the Opera system. * Verify and reconcile bank transactions. * Track pending items in the logbook and record new ones. * Generate statistical reports such as occupancy rate, average daily rate (ADR), rooms occupied, etc. * Review cash drops and front desk agents’ income reports. * Ensure all reports are balanced before audit closure. * Prepare a comparative report against competing hotels and submit it to General Management. * Complete the shift checklist. * Analyze and issue night reports. * Provide support to the front desk team as required. * Assist in extraordinary activities. * Maintain communication with Security for facility supervision and anomaly reporting. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in hotel night audit. * **Language:** Intermediate-to-advanced English (minimum 80%). **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Opera system. * Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) terminal operation. * Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of regulations and compliance standards. **Desirable Skills** * Customer service orientation. * Attention to detail. * Organizational skills. * Conflict resolution ability. * Proactive and professional attitude.
