




Position Summary: Coordinate, develop, and deliver technical and safety training programs for electrical projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and a competent workforce. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and develop technical and safety training programs. 2. Ensure compliance with STPS regulations and safe operations. 3. Promote a safety culture and evaluate the effectiveness of training. **Position Objective:** Coordinate, develop, and deliver technical and safety training programs for electrical projects, ensuring compliance with STPS regulations and proper issuance of DC\-3 certificates, thereby guaranteeing a competent workforce and safe operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in training. * **Valid DC\-3 certificate is mandatory.** * Knowledge of applicable NOM standards (work at heights, electrical hazards, safety and hygiene). * Experience delivering training to operational staff (technicians, electricians, assistants). * Strong ability to conduct courses and manage groups. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel). **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify training needs (DNC). * Develop and implement the Annual Training Plan. * Deliver technical and safety courses. * Manage, control, and issue **DC\-3** certificates. * Coordinate training with external providers. * Ensure on-site compliance with safety regulations. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training. * Compile documentation for STPS audits. * Prepare reports and performance indicators. * Promote a safety culture. **Competencies:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Safety orientation * Organization * Proactivity * Teamwork **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Professional growth * Job stability Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
