Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and leadership-oriented Facilities Supervisor to ensure the proper execution of installations in vertical housing projects. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a **Facilities Supervisor** with experience, technical vision, and leadership to ensure the correct execution of installations across our developments. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise **hydro-sanitary, electrical, and specialty installations** throughout all construction phases. * Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate work fronts and prevent interferences among systems. * Validate material quality, supervise final testing, and ensure proper deliveries. * Prepare progress reports, review estimates, and track advancement. * Guarantee compliance with **safety, quality, and project schedule**. * Lead and coordinate residents and contractors. ### **Candidate Profile** * **Mandatory degree**: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years supervising installations in vertical buildings. * Solid knowledge of hydro-sanitary, electrical, HVAC, CCTV, voice, and data installations. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Excel**, Autodesk software suite, and Microsoft Office. * Basic–intermediate English (preferred). * Ability to analyze technical problems, make decisions, and coordinate teams. ### **Key Competencies** * Leadership * Effective communication * Results orientation * Planning * Teamwork * Administrative control ### **General Information** **Work Schedule and Location:** **PROVIDENZA:** Entre Ríos 3137, Providencia, 44639 Guadalajara, Jal. **NUVIA:** De los Pitallos 801\-787 Las Huertas, 45589 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal. Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM **Benefits:** * Full social security contributions (100%) * Statutory benefits * Year-end bonus equivalent to 30 days' salary * **Offered Salary: $26,000\.00**
