We develop projects for industrial, commercial, and corporate clients, adhering to the highest quality and regulatory standards. **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate the proper execution of fire protection system projects on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, scope, applicable regulations (NFPA, NOM), delivery timelines, quality, safety, and resource control. **Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site construction activities in accordance with approved drawings and schedules. * Coordinate work crews, technicians, and installers. * Verify correct installation of hydraulic systems, detection systems, alarm systems, and fire-fighting equipment. * Ensure compliance with NFPA, NOM, and industrial safety guidelines. * Monitor project progress and report deviations. * Request and validate materials required for project execution. * Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and site control documents. * Coordinate hydraulic tests, functional tests, and system commissioning. * Attend site meetings with clients, supervisors, and contractors. * Support project closeout and delivery of technical documentation. **Requirements** * Education: **Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or Architecture**. * Minimum **2 years’ experience as Site Supervisor** (preferably in fire protection systems or special installations). * Ability to interpret construction drawings (mandatory). * Knowledge of fire protection systems (sprinklers, fire cabinets, valves, pumps, alarms). * Familiarity with **NFPA and NOM regulations** (preferred). * Intermediate **Excel** and Office software proficiency. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to work on-site. **Competencies** * Leadership and on-site personnel management. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication with clients and work teams. * Decision-making. * Problem-solving. * Working under pressure with a results-oriented focus. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Stable employment. * Work tools. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Participation in high-impact projects.
