Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Translate Mexican laws and Group regulatory requirements — through review of applicable laws and regulations — into procurement policies and procedures to establish correct practices for supplier identification, tendering, negotiation, contracting, monitoring, renewal, and termination across all AXA Seguros México suppliers. To contribute to ensuring coverage, cost containment, policyholder satisfaction, and facilitating company operations via a healthy supplier portfolio that minimizes risks arising from third-party engagements. **Responsibilities:** * Identify, analyze, and implement applicable regulatory and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks associated with supplier networks managed by Insurance Procurement and GenEx \& IT teams; regularly assess and implement procurement methodologies to ensure transparent practices and well-documented decision-making processes. Serve as guardian of integrity practices. * Monitor progress on open or pending items resulting from internal and external audits related to Procurement processes to support closure of audit observations through coordination with Insurance Procurement, GenEx \& IT specialists. * Manage contracts with health-care providers to legally document negotiated commercial agreements. * Analyze and identify operational issues arising from technological changes, system failures, or poor process execution that impact progress toward closing audit observations. Support and monitor process simplification through implementation of operational improvements, minor technological enhancements, or ongoing training for the Insurance Procurement, GenEx \& IT teams to ensure good practices are sustained over time and risks leading to new audit observations are mitigated. * **Requirements:*** Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Language: Intermediate English (Mandatory) * Type and Duration of Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative areas. * Knowledge: Processes, policies, audits, contracts. * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, ContractIn, Intermediate Excel, premise. Knowledge of software licensing models (capacity-based, server-based, access-based, etc.). Familiarity with Agile methodologies (PM, PMO, SCRUM) preferred. Basic knowledge of Mexico’s Federal Labor Law (REPSE) preferred. Financial knowledge of foreign exchange: negotiations and transactions in multiple currencies (USD, EUR, MXN). * Effective and adaptable communication tailored to audience and forum, using data to support ideas.
