Job Summary: A professional who ensures regulatory compliance in safety, implements corporate programs, and manages projects aimed at reducing accidents and improving safety culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures compliance with STPS and corporate safety regulations. 2. Implements and maintains STPS standards and corporate programs. 3. Develops strategies for accident reduction and first aid. Description and details of responsibilities: 1\. Ensure compliance with STPS and corporate regulations in assigned areas (Production, Facilities, Contractors, Warehouses). 2\. Implement, execute, and maintain assigned STPS standards and corporate programs. 3\. Provide support to assigned departments to ensure compliance with corporate metrics. 4\. Deliver training on corporate standards and programs. 5\. Develop and execute strategies and projects focused on accident reduction and first aid within the area of responsibility. 6\. Participate in weekly meetings by presenting safety analysis and results. 7\. Coordinate activities related to maintaining the ISO 14001 Management System. 8\. Design communication campaigns aimed at building a safety culture. 9\. Lead and support accident investigations to ensure root causes are identified and preventive measures implemented. 10\. Conduct "Gemba" safety walkthroughs. 11\. Respond to governmental and corporate audits related to Safety and Environment. 12\. Coordinate multidisciplinary working groups focused on improving Safety and Ergonomics processes. Lead the contractor program within the company.
