Respond quickly, calmly, and assertively to any incident The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment, maintaining a professional demeanor with excellent appearance, courteous treatment, and attention to detail, demonstrating outstanding attitude and communication skills with our customers while protecting store assets. **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously, ensuring orderly entry and exit. * Conduct active supervision to detect and deter suspicious or loitering behavior, always acting with discretion and strict adherence to protocols. * Perform regular patrols to maintain order and security. * Assist customers when required and serve as a support point for store staff. * Respond quickly, calmly, and assertively to any incident, filing appropriate reports. **Requirements:** * Excellent personal presentation. * Availability to work on a 12x12 hour schedule. * Assertive communication, emotional control, friendliness, and firmness. * Minimum 6 months of experience in private security, loss prevention (retail/boutiques), or related customer service positions. * Minimum education level: Junior high school (high school preferred). * Certificate of no criminal record. * Psychometric test required. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary: $10,000 * Full statutory benefits. * Performance bonus. * Job stability.
