Key responsibilities include scheduling production, supervising staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring proper operation of freezing equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Planning and Control:** Schedule daily/weekly targets, organize raw material flow, and monitor equipment efficiency (OEE). * **Quality Management:** Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, cleaning procedures (POES), and standards such as NOM\-0251\-SSA1 or BRC. * **Process Supervision:** Monitor freezing, packaging, and packing processes to ensure finished product standards. * **Personnel Leadership:** Train staff, schedule shifts, evaluate performance, and promote industrial safety among the production team. * **Maintenance and Logistics:** Coordinate preventive maintenance of machinery and ensure adequate inventory of packaging materials and raw materials. * **Reporting:** Record cycle times and product rejections. **Academic or Market Experience Requirements:** \*Food engineer, chemist, or industrial engineer; knowledge of food regulations and proficiency with technological tools Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,400\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
