




Job Summary: Coordinate security and administration of a residential complex, focusing on risk management and mass logistics, leading teams and handling crises. Key Highlights: 1. Manage security for a residential complex with high foot traffic. 2. Lead security teams and coordinate the monitoring center. 3. Coordinate emergency protocols and serve as liaison with authorities. Coordinate the administration and security of a residential complex housing over 500 families and accommodating 20,000 daily visitors (including residents, guests, and service personnel), with emphasis on risk management and mass logistics. Minimum 7 years of experience in Residential Property Security. Support for Mass Operations Management: Supervise access control for over 20,000 daily entries, optimizing recognition technologies (biometrics, QR codes, etc.) to prevent bottlenecks. Team Leadership: Coordinate and evaluate internal and external security personnel, as well as the monitoring center. Crisis and Emergency Management Support: Coordinate evacuation protocols and manage responses to incidents, medical emergencies, or disturbances. Institutional Relations Support: Serve as direct liaison with the State of Mexico Secretariat of Public Security, emergency services, and the Attorney General’s Office. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. Specialization in Comprehensive Security (certified) is desirable. Regulatory knowledge of the Private and Public Security Law, crisis management, and video management systems.
