Develops and updates the supplier portfolio Position: Procurement Assistant / Analyst Construction Services Company Job Description A company specializing in construction services and construction supervision is seeking personnel for its Procurement Department, responsible for managing the procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and services required for the proper execution of projects. Main Responsibilities - Quotation and purchase of materials for construction sites and offices. - Supplier search and negotiation. - Purchase order and delivery follow-up. - Cost control and comparison. - Preparation of comparative tables. - Coordination with warehouse, site managers, and construction supervisors. - Invoice and supplier payment follow-up. - Inventory and requisition control. - Development and updating of the supplier portfolio. Requirements -Education: Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field. -Minimum 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction. -Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. -Basic knowledge of construction materials and processes. -Negotiation and organizational skills. -Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. -Proactivity and sense of urgency.
