PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Requirements * Industrial Engineering or related degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision. * Experience managing operational staff. * ERP system knowledge. * Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, and safety processes. * Flexible working hours. * Leadership, organizational skills, and teamwork. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate production area activities. * Ensure achievement of goals and on-time delivery. * Manage and train personnel. * Prepare reports and monitor KPIs.
