




Position Summary: We are seeking a team leader with experience in resource management and field engineering to supervise on-site installation and service, ensuring operational excellence and skills development. Ensuring excellence in cooperation and customer satisfaction **Your Profile** * *Experience in production lines* * *Professional qualifications and experience: minimum 1–3 years in resource management/field engineering.* * *Knowledge of installation and commissioning, or scope and challenges of services.* * *Advanced English* * *Team leadership, motivation and mentoring with strong organizational and analytical skills.* * *Field engineering experience as a Field Service Engineer for rotating equipment in the beverage industry would be an advantage.* **Key Responsibilities** * *Define workload forecasting jointly with relevant stakeholders and drive optimal resource utilization and planning.* * *Assess resources, competencies and skills required to perform work and ensure skills development where gaps exist.* * *Ensure required trainings and certifications in Safety, Health and Environment.* * *Lead field resources in the subregion to ensure proper management of on-site installation and service activities meeting Customer requirements.* * *Ensure excellence in cooperation between FSEs and key execution stakeholders (ISM and PMe), responsible for resolving contentious situations during on-site missions.* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Fluent English Experience: * Production lines: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to Travel: * 100% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
