Position: Human Capital Assistant Job Description We are seeking an operational and administrative Human Capital Assistant to support recruitment, personnel administration, and training processes. The position requires organization, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills with staff. Responsibilities Posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. Onboarding and updating of personnel files. Managing personnel onboarding and offboarding (follow-up required). Preparing employment contracts, letters, and administrative documentation. Coordinating inductions and training sessions. Supporting performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments. Attendance tracking, leave management, and operational reporting. Internal communication and monitoring compliance with company policies. Requirements Completed high school diploma or technical/administrative degree (Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred). Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills.
