REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. * Basic professional writing skills. * Document control. * Fundamentals of Organizational Development or performance management. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Controlling and organizing institutional documents (files, versions, and records). * Formatting and updating documents according to established guidelines. * Distributing current documents and ensuring proof of delivery and receipt. * Tracking KPIs and departmental reports. * Supporting training, onboarding, and recruitment activities. * Preparing reports and safeguarding confidential information.
