




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate security personnel, verify compliance with protocols, prepare reports, and handle incidents while maintaining communication with clients. Training and evaluation of security guards **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise security personnel across various posts or facilities. * Verify compliance with instructions, protocols, and regulations. * Conduct scheduled and random supervisory patrols. * Coordinate shift coverage, replacements, and rest periods. * Prepare reports on incidents, emergencies, and operational matters. * Train and guide security personnel. * Respond to incidents, emergencies, or risk situations. * Maintain communication with clients and operations management. * Control uniforms, equipment, and work tools. * Evaluate the performance of security guards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * Courses or certifications in private security. (PREFERRED) * Training in emergency response, first aid, or risk control (PREFERRED). * 2–3 years of experience in private security. * Prior experience as shift supervisor or lead guard. * Security procedures. * Incident and crisis management. * Report writing. * National private security regulations. * Basic PC skills and radio communication. * Leadership. * Decision-making. * Conflict resolution. * Effective communication. * Observation and analysis. * Organization and planning. * Working under pressure. * Discipline and responsibility.
