Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring units, reporting incidents and deviations, executing security protocols, and maintaining constant communication with operators. Key Highlights: 1. Active GPS-based unit monitoring and incident reporting. 2. Execution of security protocols and identification of risk factors. 3. Constant communication and escalation of contingencies with operators. Active GPS-based unit monitoring. Report incidents to operators. Report route deviations, unauthorized stops, accidents or incidents, as well as loss of position. Execute security protocols. Validate stops with operators. Identify and respond to risk factors. Maintain constant communication with operators. Escalate contingencies reported by operators outside their decision-making scope to the relevant departments to provide optimal solutions. Review, report, and escalate units failing to transmit data for further investigation.
