We seek talent eager to develop professionally and contribute to our growth. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Monitor vehicles in transit nationwide in real time. * Validate routes and locations, detecting and reporting incidents. * Apply security protocols in response to risk situations (e.g., deviations, thefts, unauthorized stops). * Maintain constant communication with operators and clients. * Occasionally manage mirror accounts. * **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** * Minimum 6 months of experience in monitoring (GPS, CCTV, response lines, or similar). * Completed high school education. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Geographic knowledge of the Mexican Republic. * Basic computer skills. * Bonus: Experience with routes, toll booths, mirror accounts, and response protocols. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Base net salary: **$9,500 per month** * Punctuality and attendance bonus: **$1,000** * Food vouchers: **$1,500** * Statutory benefits from day one * Direct employment with the company * Job stability and growth opportunities **SCHEDULE** * Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, day and night) under a **2x2x2 scheme** * Paid training (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Food vouchers Application question(s): * Are you available to rotate shifts? * How much monitoring experience do you have? * Our hiring process takes one to one and a half weeks—would you like to participate?
