Job Summary: The Security Guard safeguards the security of facilities, assets, and people through supervision, access control, and preventive surveillance, ensuring order and compliance with regulations. Prevent thefts, damages, or incidents The **Security Guard** position is responsible for safeguarding the security of company facilities, assets, and personnel through supervision, access control, and preventive surveillance, ensuring order and compliance with internal regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and suppliers. * Conduct periodic patrols inside and outside the facilities. * Monitor strategic areas to prevent thefts, damages, or incidents. * Report any anomalies, incidents, or risky situations. * Maintain records of entries, exits, and shift updates. * Supervise compliance with internal security regulations. * Support during emergencies, evacuations, or contingencies. * Secure keys, access points, and restricted areas. * Monitor security cameras (if applicable). * Maintain constant communication with supervisors or security personnel. Common Requirements: * Completed secondary education or high school (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in private security or guarding (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Good physical condition and observational ability. * Honesty, responsibility, and discipline. * Service-oriented attitude and conflict management skills. * Basic knowledge of security and emergency protocols.
