**Job Description**
At Gencell Pharma, we are seeking a **committed and responsible Courier** to perform collection, transportation, and delivery of **sensitive documentation** and **biological samples** (e.g., blood, saliva, among others) within **Mexico City (CDMX) and the State of Mexico**.
This position is essential to ensure the proper and timely flow of information and samples between medical institutions, laboratories, and our offices.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collection and delivery of **physical documents** related to medical, administrative, or regulatory processes.
* Safe and efficient transportation of **biological samples**, under appropriate preservation conditions.
* Detailed recording of deliveries and collections using established formats.
* Coordination with logistics and operations teams to meet scheduled routes and deadlines.
* Reporting of incidents or delays.
* Compliance with biosafety protocols.
**Requirements**
* **Thorough knowledge of roadways in CDMX and the State of Mexico.**
* Education: Completed secondary school or high school.
* Prior experience as a courier, delivery driver, or in similar roles (preferably within the healthcare, laboratory, or pharmaceutical sectors).
* Excellent service attitude, responsibility, and discretion.
* Professional appearance.
* Motorized transportation (personal motorcycle or car) is desirable — **not mandatory**.
* Willingness to use public transportation if no personal vehicle is available.
* Ability to carry light packages and handle medical materials per instructions.
