At Nuxiba LATAM, we are looking for a ***Junior Implementation Engineer*** — Join us! **Requirements:** * Graduates in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Mandatory knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper\-v)** * Availability to conduct on-site visits to customers (Mandatory) * Basic knowledge of SQL database management * Basic networking knowledge * **Fundamentals of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows and Linux) — ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot common issues (Mandatory)** * Logical and analytical thinking for technical problem resolution. **Responsibilities:** * Contact customers by phone to coordinate and manage the delivery of requested services. * Ensure implementation quality through execution of test matrices and pre-installation checks. * Provide support services arising from changes implemented by the implementation team. * Accompany customers on-site or remotely during operational startup, if required by business needs. * Comply with the department’s SLAs regarding: licensing, ANI configuration, increases, decreases, and service requests. * Prepare physical and virtual servers, if required by business needs. **Benefits:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs, and **rotating overnight on-call duty with the implementation team for after-hours activities.
