Document management and achievement of hiring targets **VIGILANTIA IS SEEKING** *FIELD RECRUITER* **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Flyer distribution, attending job fairs, visiting strategic locations, conducting initial in-person interviews, screening candidates, managing documentation, and meeting hiring targets. **REQUIREMENTS**: Both genders, aged 22\-35 years, completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with diploma, complete and up-to-date basic documentation, and certificate of no criminal record. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00\-18:00 hrs BASIC STATUTORY BENEFITS Free uniforms.
