Leadership and decision-making **Shift Supervisor – Blow Molding Experience (Iztapalapa Area)** **Grupo Cervac**, a Mexican company specializing in plastic product manufacturing, is seeking a **Shift Supervisor** with experience in **blow molding machines**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise production and shift personnel. * Adjust machine parameters and ensure product quality. * Coordinate machine startups, shutdowns, and mold changes. * Report incidents and results directly to the **Plant Manager**. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of experience in plastic blow molding**. * Knowledge of machine parameters, molds, and production control. * **Leadership and decision-making skills.** * Availability to rotate shifts. * Work location: **Iztapalapa, CDMX.** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
