**Recycling company located in El Marques Industrial Park seeks:** **Logistics Manager** **Position Objective** Coordinate logistics operations, ensure maintenance of equipment and vehicles, and fulfill commitments established with customers and final destinations. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate with various departments to align logistics and maintenance with operational demand and commitments to customers and final destinations. * Plan and coordinate collection and delivery routes, optimizing time, costs, and loading capacity. * Manage documentation for each trip, ensuring personnel possess required documentation and ERP system records are accurate and up-to-date. * Monitor adherence to schedules and trip efficiency through real-time monitoring. * Analyze and optimize logistics costs of the operation. * Ensure transport vehicles and operational equipment remain in optimal condition. * Coordinate with Human Resources for training, certification, and proper management of operational staff. * Manage and resolve road-related contingencies that may affect scheduled operations. **Profile Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related degree. * Experience: 3–5 years as Logistics Manager. * Preferred experience in industrial plants, recycling, waste management, or environmental services. * Preferred experience in fleet management and maintenance. * Experience managing operational personnel. * Intermediate English language proficiency. * Proficiency in ERP systems and route/logistics monitoring tools. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
