Process Engineer

Description

**Process Engineer:** Analyze and improve production processes by identifying opportunities, establishing goals and objectives to achieve the performance indicators set by the company. **Requirements:** * Education: IIS, IMA, IME, or IEC. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position * Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001\-2015 standard, Core Tools, development of visual aids, procedures, process analysis using problem-solving methodologies, knowledge of 8D, process audits, A3 methodology, 5 Why, process mapping, flowcharts, action plan development, and work instructions. * 3 years of experience in the Process area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Stop equipment generating non-conforming products. * Stop equipment operating inadequately, negatively impacting product efficiency and quality. * Conduct review meetings for process analysis and follow-up action plans. * Analyze variables affecting the production process. * Develop work instructions. * Measure rates achieved in each process, identifying opportunities and proposals. * Develop standardized procedures and forms for each process. **We Offer** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Savings fund Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
