Profile: \* Bachelor's degree or TSU in a related field. \* 1\-2 years of experience (experience in the real estate sector is preferred). \* Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). \* Knowledge of design for both print and digital media. \* Experience creating content for social media and paid advertising campaigns. \* Photography, video editing, and digital marketing (preferred). Responsibilities: \* Development of graphic materials for real estate promotional campaigns. \* Creation of visual identity for projects and brands. \* Design of brochures, renders, and advertisements (print and digital). \* Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
